Phantom Skinz Carbon Fiber iPhone 4 Review

Although iPhone 4 is famous for its look and design, there are many ways to make it look even more exclusive. Since the back of the new iphone is flat, it is possible to get some sort of art or piece of material to surround the phone. Today we took a look at Phantom Skinz Carbon Fiber Black case. At first I would to point out that Phantom Skinz has great customer service. They shipped me the case on the same day I asked about the review. I got it in the mail in just couple daya. The package came in envelope. Inside the envolpe there was the carbon fiber black kit and 2 pieces of apple logo and protection screens.

I am personally not a fan of protection screens because I never scratched cell phobe screen even after working at construction. However, Phantom has one of the best protection screens. They come with detailed instructions as well.

The kit itself came with complete instructions as well. The kit looks and feels super great! I expected to receive stickers with carbon fiber colors, but the kit actually feels like it is the real carbon fiber. My iPhone 4 looks like it is another brand new device! It looks different all around.

Speaking of reception. I am sure some of you been wondering, since the kit covers the death grip, will it take care of reception problem or not. I checked the device with the kit. It seems that kit does not take care of the problem, but it takes a bit longer for reception to go bad when using death grip.

The kit cost $30 and, in my opinion, it worth every single penny!

PROS:
Looks like real carbon fiber
Cheap
Helps with reception issues
Protects the phone from scratches

CONS:
None

Here is the quote from Phantom Skinz "Carbon Fiber Chromatics offer an incredibly realistic 3D carbon-fiber look as well as texture that you can feel. Our Carbon Fiber Chromatics are incredibly durable, yet playable enough to wrap over edges and provide the highest level of coverage.", and BestPCReviews agrees with that 100%
